About ErgoPlus
Trying to find a Facilities Management services company to look after your offices?
Looking for a Facilities Management consultant or Project Manager?
Then read on to find out how ErgoPlus can help you and your business.
One of the frustrations we consistently heard over the last few years, was how there seemed to be a gap in the marketplace for FM suppliers to medium sized businesses. With the last few years seeing the multi-nationals buying up the smaller FM companies, it was becoming increasing difficult for organisations with a workforce of 200 to 1,000 employees to place their FM contracts. Being able to place such a contract seemed to mean that sacrifices had to be made; reduction in service levels, less experienced staff and/or higher costs.
ErgoPlus aims to plug that gap. Here’s how we’re different;
Personally Managed
Each of our clients are handled personally by one of our Directors. Our philosophy is one of a cohesive relationship between our company and yours, with the aim of it being a long-term partnership.
Cost-effective Service
By keeping our overheads to a minimum and concentrating on growing our business within London and the M4 corridor, this has allowed us to bring a cost-effective and added value service to our clients.
Skills and Experience
The 3 principles behind ErgoPlus bring together a vast amount of skills and experience for the benefit our clients. With previous key responsibilities of our team including Capex spend budgets of over 80 millions pounds through to the position as the Head of Facilities for Oxfam, this gives you an idea of the experience gained in demanding and challenging environments.
